Mita Mistry
BA (Hons) Lic. Ac MBAcC
Helping others, charity and following natural ways of living through diet and exercise has been at the core of Mita’s upbringing and to this day, continues to be a way of life. Her grandfather, who was a healer by nature, used acupressure and ayurvedic medicine to treat family members.
Having observed first hand that we can help ourselves and others to lead a life of happiness, good health and peace using natural means, inspired Mita to explore the art of ancient healing. Mita discovered that this was her true passion - living a naturally balanced life and helping others to do the same.
Although Mita had a successful career in Management/IT consultancy, she decided to follow her passion and has not looked back especially after seeing the life changing effect this system of medicine can have.
Mita uses classical Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements to address the root cause of problems. She combines her understanding of Western medicine and Chinese medicine to empower you to take control of your wellbeing.
